Refund Policy - InstaHub

InstaHub gives surety for providing the best service ever to their customer, and they have also proven it. But we know sometimes the refunds are needed due to various issues. This is why InstaHub brought a Refund Policy for their customer and made sure the process was safe and transparent. 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Order Not Delivered: If the order is not delivered within the given time, don’t hesitate to ask for your refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for the order to be processed before requesting a refund.
  2. Service Cancellation by InstaHub: If InstaHub cancels your order due to algorithmic issues or any technical issue that occurs, you will be eligible for a full refund. 
  3. Partial Delivery: In a case where some of your orders are delivered, half remain, and you do not want to receive it. You are legal for a partial refund policy. 
  4. Account Protection: If any error occurs or your account gets damaged, and in that case, the order is cancelled, then we are responsible for that and give back a half or full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Completed Orders: Once the order is fully delivered, refunds are not available.
  • Incorrect Information: You are not eligible for the refund policy if you provide the wrong information. 
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions: In most cases, users sometimes violate InstaHub terms and conditions or Instagram terms and services. This will lead to order cancellation or service disruption, and then a refund will not be given back to you.

How to Request a Refund?

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Please send us an email for support or reach us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of your order. 
  2. Provide Order Details: Make sure to include order details, your Instagram username, and the reason for your refund details. Because of this, your request was processed quickly. 
  3. Processing Time: If you are eligible for a refund policy, then you get them within 5 to 7 business days because we confirm everything. 

Refund Method: You can get back the refunds through the same process as you made your payment for purchasing.
